These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pk9 platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and payment facilities. By registering an account or placing any wager on pk9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the pk9 website, mobile application, or any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk9. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pk9, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. pk9 strictly enforces these criteria to maintain a safe, compliant, and responsible gaming environment for all users in Bangladesh and beyond.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using pk9.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a pk9 employee, director, contractor, or their immediate family member.

pk9 may request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any pending balances that cannot be verified as legitimately deposited funds.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on pk9. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update this information as required. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or identity, is grounds for immediate account suspension. The following information is required and must be kept accurate at all times:

• Full legal name as it appears on your national ID or passport
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid email address and active phone number registered to you
• Payment method details used for deposits and withdrawals, which must be in your own name

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your pk9 account. If you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately. pk9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to keep them secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pk9 offers a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the policies described in this section. Funds deposited into your pk9 account are held for the exclusive purpose of gaming activities on the platform.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions on pk9:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits made using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited within minutes, subject to network availability.
• pk9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. pk9 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• KYC verification documents may be required before the first withdrawal or if the accumulated withdrawal amount exceeds defined thresholds.
• pk9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk9 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and other special offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions. Please read the individual promotional terms carefully before opting in. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and may only be used within the pk9 platform for eligible game categories.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
• pk9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or void bonus winnings if it determines that a player has violated these terms or acted in a manner inconsistent with fair play.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh national events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day may carry additional terms specific to that promotion. Such promotions will be prominently communicated on the pk9 platform before activation.

6. Responsible Gaming

pk9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Such gains must be reported immediately and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players or using automated tools, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account for any purpose.
• Engaging in any behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pk9 staff or other platform users.

pk9 employs automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be subject to legal proceedings in addition to account closure.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk9 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of pk9 or its content and technology licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or broadcast any content from pk9 without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of pk9 intellectual property constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if pk9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk9's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk9 account during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to Terms

pk9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where required by law. Amended terms will be posted on the platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of pk9 following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you disagree with any amended terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Outstanding balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to verification.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. pk9 aims to resolve any disputes amicably and encourages players to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
